Position: Senior HR & Admin Analyst

Working Location: The Sunway Pinnacle, Bandar Sunway
Working Day/Hours: Monday Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary: Basic up to RM9,000 (Based on experience + skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical insurance
Job Summary
This position is responsible for managing employee lifecycle administration, supporting compliance and HR programs, coordinating office administration activites, and providing administrative assistance to the Sales team. The role works closely with internal stakeholders to deliver timely support and maintain accurate documentation.
Responsibilities
HR Support
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment contracts, HR documentation, system access, and coordination with line managers.
- Support HR audits and statutory submissions.
- Coordinate and liaise with relevant government bodies on statutory, employment, and labour-related matters to ensure full compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act and applicable regulations.
- Assist in the coordination and administration of HR programs, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.
- Handle HR-related correspondence and response to employee HR enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Admin Support
- Manage and maintain calendars and schedules for business activities, including travel arrangements, appointment scheduling, meeting coordination and company activities.
- Prepare and coordinate reports, presentation materials, meeting minutes and expense claims.
- Manage office space allocation, office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee office facilities management including maintenance and coordination with service providers.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, mail, and courier services.
Sales Support
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team.
- Support sales activities by coordinating required actions with internal functional teams.
- Perform other sales support and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Administration & HR
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience covering HR and Office Administration is preferred.
- Familiar with Malaysia HR practices and employment regulations.
- Great communication skills with a pleasant personality.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Independent, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
