This role focuses on partnering closely with affiliate creators to drive livestream revenue through performance-based collaborations. You will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling affiliate marketing and KOL programs to support Cheil's Live Commerce growth objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute live commerce strategies to achieve brand and sales targets across TikTok Shop and social commerce platforms.
- Manage livestream schedules, affiliate creator partnerships and collaborations, including affiliate recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management.
- Negotiate rate cards and partnership terms with affiliates and agencies.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs including traffic, conversion, and revenue performance.
- Conduct competitor analysis on TikTok Shop, livestream, and affiliate trends.
- Ensure all affiliate creator content complies with brand guidelines and platform policies.
- Work closely with internal team to plan and produce engaging short-form videos and livestream content.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, KOL management, content creation, social media operations, or e-commerce/commercial roles.
- Proven experience in live commerce, live shopping, or creator-driven sales.
- Strong knowledge of affiliate ecosystems, TikTok Shop, Shopee, social commerce platforms, influencer/KOL tools and strategies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to manage creators and partners.
- Data-driven, structured, and results-oriented mindset with strong analytical capability.
- High attention to detail with strong execution discipline.
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and self-motivated, able to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or Communications field.
