The Senior AI Developer will design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence (AI) solutions to address complex business challenges. This role involves hands-on development of machine learning (ML) and deep learning models, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and other AI techniques. The Senior AI Developer will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to build scalable AI-driven systems while ensuring high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and ethical AI practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Solution Development
- Design, build, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for production use.
- Develop scalable AI systems for real-time and batch processing.
- Translate business needs into AI-driven solutions across domains such as NLP, computer vision, recommender systems, predictive analytics, or generative AI.
2. Data Engineering & Model Training
- Collect, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets.
- Implement feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and tuning pipelines.
- Ensure reproducibility and scalability through ML Ops practices.
3. System Integration & Deployment
- Integrate AI models into enterprise systems, applications, and APIs.w
- Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or edge devices as required.
- Monitor performance, optimize model efficiency, and manage version control.
4.Innovation Research
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Experiment with cutting-edge methods (e.g., LLMs, reinforcement learning, generative AI).
- Contribute to proof-of-concepts (POCs) and feasibility studies.
5. Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver AI solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and data scientists on best practices in AI development.
- Document models, systems, and processes for transparency and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred).
- Minimum 57 years of experience in AI/ML development, including deploying models to production.
- Strong programming skills in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, etc.).
- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
- Proficiency in working with large-scale data, distributed computing (Spark, Ray), and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
