Job overview and responsibility

We are looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to drive the design and development of AI-powered solutions that address critical business challenges. This role requires a deep understanding of emerging AI technologies, a strong product vision, and the ability to collaborate closely with AI developers and business stakeholders to turn ideas into tangible solutions. As a key member of our AI team, you will be responsible for identifying business requirements, designing AI-driven solutions, and leading the proof-of-concept (POC) development with the latest available technologies. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and AI capabilities, ensuring scalable and impactful AI adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Strategy

- Understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven product strategies and solutions.

- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies to ensure best-in-class solutions.

- Define and prioritize product roadmaps and AI solution frameworks to align with business goals.

AI POC Development & Execution

- Work closely with AI developers, engineers, and data scientists to build proof-of-concept (POC) solutions.

- Experiment with cutting-edge AI models, frameworks, and tools to validate business use cases.

- Evaluate the feasibility, scalability, and performance of AI models before moving into full-scale production.

AI Research & Technology Exploration

- Continuously research the latest AI advancements, frameworks, and industry trends to identify emerging technologies that could benefit the business.

- Evaluate new AI tools, libraries, and architectures (e.g., foundation models, generative AI, multimodal AI, and autonomous agents) for potential integration.

- Collaborate with AI developers and engineers to prototype and test new AI methodologies before incorporating them into business solutions.

Required skills and experiences

- At least 5 years of working experience in Product Management, proven experience minimum of 1-2 years in AI product management, data science, or AI-related roles.

- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, deep learning, NLP, and AI agents.

- Experience in designing and executing AI-driven solutions and bringing AI products to market.

- Hands-on experience working with AI developers and data scientists on model development and POC execution.

- Strong analytical skills to assess AI solutions and drive data-driven decisions.

Preferred skills and experiences

- Excellent communication skills to articulate AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Candidate from a good university / good company (e.g., consulting) is highly desirable.
