What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience leading operational, digital, technology, or workforce transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of how AI can be leveraged to improve business processes, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
- Experience working within technology, software, SaaS, digital, engineering, or platform-based organizations.
- Hands-on experience implementing automation, AI-enabled workflows, or process optimization solutions.
- Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), AI platforms, agentic AI, or emerging AI technologies.
- Ability to build practical solutions and drive execution, rather than focusing solely on strategy and analysis.
- Strong project or program leadership experience with a track record of delivering transformation outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to coding, low-code/no-code automation platforms, or AI-assisted development tools is highly desirable.
- A proactive, experimental mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and evolving environments.

- Evaluate AI tools and technologies that can enhance productivity, collaboration, and decision-making.
- Lead transformation initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption.
- Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics to measure business impact.
- Support workforce planning, capacity management, forecasting, and resource optimization activities.
- Establish scalable frameworks and best practices that enable continuous improvement across the organization.
