About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior ALM System Analyst to join our team at RHB Bank. In this role, you will support and manage ALM system initiatives, ensure accurate reporting processes, and work closely with multiple teams to maintain data reliability and system stability. You will also take on project management responsibilities and help enhance system capabilities to meet evolving regulatory and business needs.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Support and manage ALM system initiatives, enhancements, and improvements to strengthen reporting efficiency.
  • Assist in addressing new internal and external reporting requirements, advising on system design, structure, and processes to ensure long-term flexibility and sustainability.
  • Review and execute product tagging, hierarchy setup, and parameter configuration in the ALM system to ensure accurate data capture.
  • Work closely with Group ALM team members to handle exceptions, troubleshoot system errors, and respond to audit or regulatory queries.
  • Collaborate with Data Management, IT, MIS, and other supporting teams on system enhancements, new requests, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure sufficient data storage is available to support uninterrupted system operations and ensure disaster recovery (DR) capabilities function as required.
  • Perform PMO responsibilities, including managing project scope, preparing proposals, coordinating approvals, handling vendor engagement, and managing payments.
  • Review and maintain ALM system documents, including project materials, business requirement documents, change requests, functional manuals, and related resources to ensure they remain current.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in information systems, finance, data analytics, computer science, or related fields.
  • Experience working with ALM systems, financial reporting platforms, or banking technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, system configuration, and reporting processes.
  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Experience in project coordination or PMO responsibilities is an added advantage.
