Senior Analyst/ Assistant Manager, Debt Capital Markets

Responsibilities:

• Work on a transaction together with the transaction team (including the Shariah Advisor on the Islamic structure)
• Prepare the credit propositions for submission to the approving credit committee
• Manage clients and other transaction parties (at appropriate levels) independently
• Review of regulatory submissions and legal documentations with oversight from Team Head
• Assist in preparation of Information Memorandum and other required marketing documents
• Conduct rating analysis and assist Team Head in preparing proposals
• Assist in preparation of credit papers for relevant approvals
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines/ internal policies

Job Requirements:

• Level of education must be tertiary or relevant professional qualification (i.e. CFA, ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA, etc.)
• 3-5 years working experience related to debt capital markets/ audit/ corporate banking is preferred
• Project management skills
• Financial modelling & Financial Analysis
• Have analytical skills and problem solving
