Job Summary:
We are looking for a candidate proficient in
Chinese (Read & write) to manage and oversee cash application activities for assigned portfolios, ensuring accuracy, timely resolution of complex issues, and driving continuous improvement and stakeholder alignment.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform cash application and reconciliation activities for assigned portfolio, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage more complex portfolios and resolve discrepancies to minimize disputes.
- Ensure timely follow-up on unallocated payments and open items.
- Process and validate credit/ debit memos by ensuring appropriate approvals are in place prior to release.
- Perform write off adjustments on customer accounts in accordance to guidelines.
- Ensure compliance to SLAs, policies and procedures.
- Support month end closing, audits, and cross functional coordination.
- Ensure timely and accurate response to emails and requests and proactively manage priorities across requests within assigned portfolio.
- Own performance and outcomes of assigned portfolio/ countries.
- Investigate and resolve complex or high risk issues end to end.
- Lead discussions and coordinate with stakeholders to drive resolution.
- Develop and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure issues are resolved effectively and solutions are implemented and sustained.
- Review and challenge cases before escalation.
- Provide guidance and support to analysts.
- Identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency.
- Escalate key risks with clear context and recommended actions.
Job Requirements
Education : Degree in relevant field (Commerce, Finance, Accounting)
Experience : Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Cash Application, with exposure to handling complex portfolios, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.
