Role Description

This is a contract role for a Senior Analyst Corporate Finance. The role is hybrid, based in Greater Kuala Lumpur with the flexibility of some work-from-home arrangements. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for financial planning, analyzing financial statements, modeling, and supporting M&A activities. The role involves regular liaison with senior management to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Financial Modeling, and Finance skills
• Experience in Financial Planning and analyzing Financial Statements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Experience with corporate and strategic advisory services is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
