About The Role

The Senior Analyst primarily supports Accounts Payables & Taxation operations and Accounting & month-end close activities

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following

Accounts Payables

- Prepare & execute payments for vendors & staff reimbursement claims

Accounting & Monthly closing activities

- Prepares & post monthly journal entries

- Prepares monthly reconciliations & supporting schedules

Taxation

- Prepares SST & WHT working files & supporting data

- Liaise with tax agents for tax payments review

- Execute tax payments & submissions to tax authorities

Liaise with internal & external stakeholders – vendors, tax agents, tax authorities, bankers etc

Other ad-hoc activities assigned

Key Measuring Parameters:

- Compliance with IFRS, Tax laws, Group policies & procedures

- Strong stakeholders management

- Sound communication skills with various internal & external parties

Job Requirements:

Education

- Finance/Accounting Bachelor's degree with an accredited university and/or a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA)

Relevant Experience

- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting (month-close)

Professional Skills

- Strong accounting knowledge, practices, standards, law and regulations

- Good management and interpersonal skills

- Advanced computer skills on MS Office,

- Experience with SAP system & subsystems

- Must be able to multitask, willing to learn, possess positive attitude, detailed & well-organized
