Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Talent to join our HR Shared Services team. This role will primarily support our Canada-based clients and be responsible for a variety of HR functions, including payroll, employee data management, and general HR support.
🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:
Payroll Administration:
- Manage end-to-end payroll for Canadian employees, ensuring timely and accurate payroll.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for payroll-related queries and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of all payroll changes, ensuring precision in deductions, benefits, and tax calculations.
HR System Management:
- Administer employee data within the Workday/SAP system.
- Ensure data integrity by regularly auditing and updating employee records.
- Provide system support for employees and managers regarding HR data functionality and resolve issues as needed.
HR Generalist Support:
- Assist in the onboarding process and manage employee lifecycle activities.
- Handle general HR inquiries and provide support in employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, ensuring HR practices meet Canadian regulatory requirements.
- Support performance management and benefits administration
Reporting & Analytics:
- Generate HR metrics and reports to support business decision-making and organizational needs.
- Assist with HR-related audits and compliance reporting.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations or HR Shared Services.
- Good communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
