Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Manage Credit and Debit handling for APAC, Greater China and Japan region.
- Ensure timely, accurate and complete check in processing credit and debit notes.
- Ensure pricing process compliance to ensure accuracy in backlog and invoices.
- Investigate and resolve incomplete orders timely.
- Support and contribute to project tasks when requested.
- Preparation of quarterly reporting activities for APAC, Greater China and Japan region.
- Support internal and external audit.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's Degree / Business Administration with 1 year experience of relevant job experience or it's equivalent preferably in Finance - Sales and Marketing environment.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal & external.
- Able to work under pressure and handle multi-task in fast paced and intellectually demanding environment.
- Proficiency in Basic and Advanced Excel skills and knowledge in SAP would be an added advantage
