Senior Analyst, Power Platform

Responsibilities

• Develop Power Apps (Canvas & MDA) apps for simple to moderate project requirement (L1 & L2).
• Develop Power Automate for simple to moderate project requirement (L1 & L2).
• Responsible for interacting with users on a day-to-day basis, to understand and log all necessary information required to fulfill service requests and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
• Power Platform development and support services to meet AIA's business needs by using various programming languages. (including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Canvas, MDA, and Power Automate, web resource, Dataflow, and Data verse.)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Technically strong to investigate, diagnosis, develop or provide solution and workaround of PowerApps and Power BI reports with minimum supervision.
• Able to guide & support Senior/Junior Analyst to solve project technical challenge.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or other relevant discipline with CGPA 3.25 and above.

Experience:

• 2+ years working experience as a Developer for Power Apps (especially MDA) & Power Automate

Technical skills.

• Proficient in various programming languages and tools, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Canvas, MDA, and Power Automate, web resource, Dataflow, and Data verse.
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills.
• Prior programming experience in Microsoft (for example, Visual Basic or Visual Studio (covering .Net) would be advantageous.
• Experience in Office365 applications and solutions (for example SharePoint Online, Power Apps) would be advantageous.

Practical Skills/Abilities:

• Able to communicate well in English.
• SLA familiarity and performance driven work culture.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
