About the Role

Responsible for providing application development and L2 support services to meet AIA's business needs, ensuring solution stability, performance, and quality.

• Responsible end-to-end L2 support for moderate to complex Power Platform solutions, including performance, data, and integration issues.

• Perform deep-dive diagnostics and root cause analysis, delivering permanent fixes where feasible.

• Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) and Power Automate flows for complex business scenarios.

• Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize solutions using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Dataverse, Web Resources, and Dataflows.

• Proactively identify recurring issues and continuous improvement opportunities to enhance platform stability and performance.

• Copilot / AI bot knowledge is a plus, with a strong willingness to learn, adopt, and support AI‑driven conversational and automation solutions within the Power Platform
