About CMA CGM FICOM (Finance Corporate Office Malaysia)

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Treasury to perform Treasury functions for CEVA GHO Treasury and produce reports for CEVA GHO Treasury.
KeyResultAreas
- Perform Treasury functions under the Debt & Financial Markets Management & Reporting
- Ensure individual KPIs and SLAs are achieved.
- Ensure all reporting is completed within timelines given.
- Controls put in place to enable tracking of timeliness and accuracy of tasks
- Responsive to all queries and communications from stakeholders and peers.
- Ensure issues not resolved are escalated to supervisor timely.
KeyAccountabilities/Duties
IC Loan and TMA position review
- Support the design of an IC Loan and TMA position quarterly review
- Perform the IC Loan and TMA positions quarterly review
Dividend Campaign Management
- Animation of the Dividend Campaign process
- Preparation of the consolidated file by Region
- Preparing discussions on dividend approval by Region
- Supporting dividend approval process
- Follow-up with Region/Countries/Entities
- Associated Operational & Senior management reporting
Web Banking Management
- Administrate webbanking platform
- Perform Quarterly monitoring and consistency check
- Create/deactivate users on request
Bank Charges and Guarantees
- Prepare monthly and quarterly Bank Charges report.
Power of Attorney [PoA]
- Support countries in the preparation and update of their PoA for banking powers
- Storage and support update of relevant Treasury systems / Webbanking
Project Transition
- Assist with Project transitions from HO as and when required
Miscellaneous
- Knowledge sharing and collaboration on various aspects for their development.
- Handle any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting/Business Administration/Corporate Finance or related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Kyriba.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with internal and external parties which include IT personnel, Finance Controllers, auditors and corporate accounting staff.
- Dedicated, meticulous with strong analytical skills.
- Strong team player.
- Ability to work under time pressure.
