About the Role
We are looking for a Workday HRIS Analyst to join the team before go‑live and take ownership of implementation setup, configuration, and rollout activities. You will work alongside a Singapore‑based manager and external vendors to ensure the system is configured correctly, tested thoroughly, and adopted successfully
.

toverParticipate in UAT cycles, cutover activities, and post‑go‑live hypercare. Support data migration accuracy and complete
ness.
Project Coordi
nationWork with HR, Technology teams, and vendors to track implementation milestones, identify risks, and meet time
lines.
Stakeholder G
uidanceSupport HR and business stakeholders in completing Workday workbooks — clarifying data requirements, dependencies, and validation
steps.
Training &
AdoptionAssist in end‑user training and change management activities to support smooth adoption post‑
go‑live.
