This role also offers the opportunity to act as an Analog Lead Designer, taking ownership of analog activities across new product developments while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Design high-performance analog blocks (ADC, amplifiers, supply systems, IO interfaces, sensor front-ends)
• Develop integrated solutions across sensors, actuators and interface circuits
• Perform pre- and post-layout simulations using industry EDA tools (Cadence, Synopsys, Siemens) • Collaborate closely with layout teams to optimise performance, area and robustness
• Develop behavioural models (Verilog-A) for simulation and analysis
• Support top-level mixed-signal integration with digital and software teams
• Work with verification and test teams for lab validation and silicon bring-up
• Lead design reviews, documentation, and root cause/failure analysis
• Take ownership of analog design activities within projects
