- Oversee the accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
- Review and verify financial documents to maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports for management review.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for audit purposes.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry trends and accounting standards to ensure best practices.
Profile
A Successful Senior AP Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
