Senior Application Developer - M365

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Application Engineer to lead and support the design, development, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The role combines hands-on technical delivery with team coordination, working across functional and technical teams to implement features, integrations, and enhancements within an Agile/SCRUM environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and support of application solutions including feature enhancements, new functionalities, and 3rd-party integrations
• Work closely with the Project Manager and project team to produce accurate delivery estimations and manage the transition from analysis through to design and delivery
• Define and manage resource plans in alignment with the project schedule
• Participate in project reviews and meetings, providing timely updates on progress
• Monitor and report on technical execution progress, issues, risks, and mitigation plans
• Coordinate across multi-teams to understand business requirements, technical design, and prepare technical specifications
• Actively participate in Agile sprint activities and ceremonies
• Write unit tests and maintain code coverage standards
• Contribute to design and code reviews
• Hands-on participation in development and bug fixing
• Provide technical guidance and support the development and growth of team members
• Responsible for resource management, team building, and staff career development

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years hands-on development experience specialising in Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong technical skills in C#, React JS, SQL, PowerShell, Unix/Linux scripting
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Good client management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM, JIRA, and Confluence
• Understanding of UML and design documentation standards
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
• Ability to travel within the region

Nice to Have

• Docker, Kubernetes, open-source RDBMS, NoSQL, or event-driven systems
• CI/CD and DevOps experience
• Cloud technologies — AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Integration via message queues or Kafka
• Experience with other CRM or CMS platforms
• Experience as a vendor or in end-user operations and support
