Job Description:

  • Finding cause of issues assigned using logs, source code, database record, knowledge base, other support sources.
  • Review Application logs/source code for exceptions and find root cause of the issues and work on resolution.
  • Working on the full incident lifecycle, including identification, categorization, diagnosis, and closure.
  • Support DR or other major activities that might have impact on customer experience.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of working experience as a Application Support in one or multiple IT areas.
  • Degree in Computer, Science, and Information Technology or any other related field.
  • Technical expertise in Spring Boot, Struts, or other Java web technologies
  • Proficiency in writing and optimizing database SQL queries, including SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, and complex joins.
  • Experience with application logs and transaction logs (JSON, XML, key-value pairs, bitmap-based)
  • Proficient in Unix/Linux command-line interfaces and shell scripting.
  • Proficiency with the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Log stash, and Kibana)
