Our team is looking for a Senior Architect with expertise to fulfill responsibilities such as:

Project Technical Leadership

• Lead design and development of architectural projects from concept through completion.
• Provide strategic input and guide project teams in aligning design with business objectives and project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, to ensure project success.

Design Expertise

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of architectural principles, trends, and innovations.
• Develop and present design concepts, proposals, and solutions to business and internal teams.
• Drive design excellence by incorporating sustainable and cutting-edge practices.

Technical Proficiency

• Oversee the development of detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with business requirements, coding standards and DHL EA standards.
• Lead solution reviews and technical topics with the EA group
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the design and documentation process.
• Proficient in distributed architecture with high availability and zero-data loss architecture
• Technical knowledge inJava, SpringBoot, container platforms such asKubernetesandOpenShift, MicroservicesandJira/Confluence

Client Interactions

• Cultivate strong relationships through effective communication and understanding of business needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations.

Ready to embark on the journey Here's what we are looking for:

As a Principal Architect, havingTOGAF and CKAD certificationsare a huge plus.

You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time pressure and workload. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
