Role :Senior Architect (ServiceNow ITOM)
Location : Malaysia location
Key Responsibilities, Requirements & Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst for agile development teams, leading sprint plannings.
- Collaborate with business leaders, process owners, and IT teams to gather and analyse requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
- Conduct workshops and meeting with stakeholders to understand pain points, business challenges, and optimization opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between business teams and IT, ensuring that ServiceNow solutions align with organizational objectives.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices and industry trends, particularly with Telecommunication domain.
- Ability to perform a role as Product Owner or with the Customer Product Owner and explaining the ServiceNow OOTB capability
- Working experience in ITSM, CSM, ITOM, CMDB and HAM Modules on ServiceNow
- Analyse existing business processes and identify areas for automation and optimization using ServiceNow capabilities.
- Strong experience in hosting and facilitating SCRUM sessions with development teams.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams.
- Preferred Certification ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilest.
