What your typical day will look like:

As a Senior Art Director, you'll lead the creative vision and visual direction of integrated campaigns, partnering closely with Copywriters, Strategists, Account Management, and Project Management teams to deliver impactful work across multiple channels. You'll transform business challenges into compelling creative ideas, ensuring every execution is strategically sound, visually engaging, and aligned with client objectives.

You'll take ownership of key client accounts, leading projects from concept to execution while inspiring and mentoring the creative team. As a trusted creative partner, you'll confidently present ideas to clients, provide strategic creative direction, and maintain the highest standards of craft across digital, social, print, video, experiential, and emerging platforms.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Lead the development of creative concepts and visual direction for integrated campaigns, ensuring work is innovative, strategically aligned, and delivers measurable business impact.
  • Oversee the creative execution of projects across multiple channels, acting as the brand guardian to maintain consistency, quality, and creative excellence.
  • Partner closely with Creative, Strategy, Account Management, and Project Management teams to drive collaboration and ensure successful project delivery from briefing through production.
  • Present and articulate creative ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders, building trust while providing clear creative rationale and direction.
  • Mentor and inspire Art Directors, Designers, and Junior Creatives by providing constructive feedback, fostering growth, and cultivating a high-performing creative culture.
  • Stay ahead of design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously elevate the agency's creative output and capabilities.

A bit about you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, Visual Communication, or a related discipline, with advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant creative tools.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in a creative or advertising agency, with a strong portfolio demonstrating award-worthy conceptual thinking, integrated campaigns, and exceptional craft.
  • Proven ability to lead creative projects from ideation to execution across digital, social, print, video, experiential, and other integrated marketing channels.
  • Strong leadership, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience mentoring creative teams and confidently presenting to clients.
  • A strategic and commercially minded creative who can translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions while balancing creativity, quality, and delivery.
