Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Associate, Learning & Development with deep hands-on expertise in the Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) Learning Management System and Learning Experience Platform (LXP). This role is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of CSOD spanning platform administration and operations, learning journey architecture, programme configuration, content design, and reporting while also supporting the broader design, implementation, and management of learning initiatives that enhance workforce capability, drive a learning culture, and align with the organisation's strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate combines strong instructional design skills with technical fluency in CSOD, enabling them to translate learning strategy into scalable, well-structured digital experiences. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify learning needs, managing learning programmes, leveraging digital learning platforms, and tracking learning effectiveness through data-driven insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW

Cornerstone (CSOD) LMS/LXP Ownership

  • Own the full administration and day-to-day operations of the Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) LMS/LXP, including user management, system configuration, role-based access, assignment profiles, catalogue management, and platform troubleshooting.
  • Architect and build structured learning journeys, curricula, and programme offerings within CSOD, ensuring intuitive navigation, logical sequencing, and alignment with competency frameworks and career development pathways.
  • Configure and optimise platform features including learning playlists, compliance tracking, automated enrolments, notifications, digital badges, and reporting dashboards to support enterprise-wide learning operations.
  • Manage content ingestion and integration with third-party providers (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, DataCamp, Nature Masterclasses) via SSO, content connectors, and manual upload workflows.
  • Serve as the primary CSOD subject matter expert, liaising with the vendor, managing platform updates, conducting UAT for new features, and recommending enhancements to improve learner experience and administrative efficiency.

Instructional Design & Content Development

  • Design and develop engaging learning content, including e-learning modules, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, microlearning assets, and blended learning experiencesusing instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Action Mapping).
  • Curate and contextualise digital learning content from external platforms to enhance internal programmes across leadership development, professional skills, technical upskilling, and AI/digital literacy.
  • Translate learning needs analysis (LNA) findings and competency gaps into well-structured programme designs with clear learning objectives, assessment strategies, and measurable outcomes.

Programme Design & Implementation

  • Design and implement comprehensive learning programmes across leadership development, professional skills, and technical upskilling (including AI/digital literacy) through diverse delivery modalities including cohort-based workshops, self-paced online learning, and blended experiences.
  • Conduct learning needs analysis (LNA) to identify skill gaps, align programmes with business objectives, and serve as a key contact for employee development.
  • Manage learning operations and logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, enrolment tracking, and feedback collection.

Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Extract and analyse learning data from CSOD and other sources to measure programme impact, collecting learner and stakeholder feedback, and generating key insights through dashboards (e.g., Power BI) and strategic communications (decks, reports, infographics) that clearly articulate programme outcomes and ROI.
  • Leverage CSOD's native reporting and analytics capabilities to track completion rates, learner engagement, and programme effectiveness, driving continuous improvements and stakeholder buy-in.

Learning Culture & Engagement

  • Foster a strong learning culture by promoting learning opportunities, championing platform adoption, encouraging peer mentoring, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.

DESIRED EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 57 years of professional experience in Learning and Development, with at least 3-4 years of hands-on experience administering and operating the Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) LMS/LXP.
  • Demonstrated ability to architect learning journeys, configure programme structures, and manage end-to-end platform operations within CSOD.
  • Solid instructional design capability with experience developing digital learning content (e-learning modules, blended programmes, microlearning) using established frameworks.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning initiatives that have a measurable impact on employee performance and organisational goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret learning data to inform decision-making and demonstrate ROI.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
