Job Position:
To support the Company's short- and long-term objectives and meet the needs of key stakeholders by contributing to the development and execution of the Company's overall strategic direction.

2. Support the Group in evaluating strategic investments, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Execution Support
- Support the development and execution of group-wide strategic initiatives.
- Conduct data gathering, financial analysis, and qualitative assessments to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist with scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to evaluate strategic options and outcomes.
- Prepare clear, concise, and management-ready materials and presentations for senior leadership.
2. Research and Industry Analysis
- Conduct research on trends and developments within the asset and wealth management industry.
- Perform competitor and peer benchmarking to identify best practices and positioning.
- Summarise key insights, implications, and recommendations for senior management review.
3. Strategic Investments and M&A Support
- Support due diligence workstreams, including market, financial, and operational assessments.
- Assist in the preparation of memos and internal approval.
4. Organisational and Executive Support
- Support the Executive Committee to ensure the organizational goals and strategies are realized
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments and divisions to identify new growth opportunities.
- Assist in ad-hoc requests as and when required by the Head of Department or Executive Committee
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or professional qualification in Economics, Finance or any other relevant (quantitative or analytical) discipline
- Preferably 0–3 years of relevant experience in an established financial institution, management consulting firm, or other appropriate professional environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with different levels of stakeholders and employees
- Demonstrates analytical, conceptual thinking, problem solving and planning skills
- Must be highly self-motivated and demonstrates strong willingness to learn
- Ability to handle sensitive information with high level confidentiality and discretion
