Job Description & Summary

You'll focus on assisting the Lines of Service with proposal development, delivering initiatives to drive market growth for our priority areas, deriving business insights from our customer relationship management platform, Salesforce, and contributing to the client listening programme.

Responsibilities:

  • Assistin proposal development for key accounts and strategic opportunities; refine value propositions and points of view in adherence to our proposal guidelines.
  • Assistin collating required information for proposal submissions, such as company credentials and financial data.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives to promote our firm's services both internally and externally.
  • Monitorgo-to-market activities to ensure proper execution and provideadditionalsupport ifrequired.
  • Contribute to the development of Salesforce reports and dashboards by performing analysis and presenting findings to drive improvements.
  • Help drive the firmwide Client ListeningProgrammeto strengthen the listening culture and promote a listening mindset.
  • Support the development of the Client ListeningProgrammeplan andmonitorits progress.
  • Coordinate team meetings andorganisetouch points with relevant stakeholders.
  • Activelyparticipatein PwC global discussions on the latest developments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 2-4years of working experience in business development roles or equivalent.
  • Highproficiencyin written and spoken English, with strong presentation skills.
  • Analytical and proficient insummarisinginformation to formulate recommendations.
  • Strong business acumen, excellentorganisationaland communication skills, with the courage to speak up and share viewpoints.
  • Strong project management capabilities and a well-organisedapproach to handling multiple initiatives.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint),Salesforceand Power BIisan added advantage.
