About the Role
Responsible for determining the validity and authorising settlement of individual life insurance claimsReview processes and make recommendations on policies and guidelines to individual life insurance claims
Assess and settle individual life insurance claims arising from policies in force
Liaise with solicitors and other third parties during investigation and negotiation to seek guidance on the course of action that serves the best interest of AIA
Process all individual life insurance claims documents timely
Answer inquires relating to claims processing
Requirements
Education qualification in Biomedical, Biotechnology, Health Science, Biology or related fields
Minimum 3 years of reimbursement claims experience
Sound knowledge of medical terms and claims processes
Good communication and decision-making skills
Self-motivated and customer-driven
Sound problem solving skill

Our office is located in the serene town ofCyberjaya (moving to Putrajaya in 2026)
1 day work from home arrangement each week
