Responsibilities
- Support the execution of IPOs, fundraising exercises, independent advisory engagements and other corporate finance transactions.
- Assist in due diligence, financial analysis, valuation and preparation of transaction-related documents.
- Coordinate with clients, regulators, legal advisers, auditors and other professional parties to ensure timely completion of mandates.
- Prepare presentations, regulatory submissions, circulars, prospectuses and advisory reports.
- Conduct industry and company research to support transaction execution and client advisory work.
- Assist in managing transaction timelines and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, audit or capital markets.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling and valuation skills.
- Good understanding of IPOs, fundraising transactions and capital market regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments and perform under tight deadlines.
Professional qualifications such as CFA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent will be an added advantage.
