Senior Associate - Inclusion & Diversity and Corporate Sustainability for Acceleration Center Kuala Lumpur (AC KL)

At PwC, our Sustainability (ESG) agenda integrates Inclusion & Diversity (I&D), community investment and our net zero ambition. These areas are critical to our people's experience, culture and responsible business commitments.

As a Senior Associate in Inclusion & Diversity and Corporate Sustainability, you will support the development and delivery of sustainability, I&D and people engagement programmes for AC KL. You will work closely with the Corporate Sustainability Manager and a wide range of stakeholders to implement initiatives, manage data, and evaluate impact.

Key responsibilities




Programmedelivery & coordination

  • Support the execution of Corporate Sustainability and I&D strategies in line with AC KL and Firm priorities.
  • Coordinate the delivery of sustainability, I&Dandpeopleengagement initiatives, including events,campaignsand volunteering activities.
  • Manageprogrammelogistics,timelinesand documentation to ensure smooth execution.
  • Draft business cases/light proposals for enhancements; prepare options and recommendations for Manager review



Communications & engagement
  • Develop internal communications and campaign materials related to sustainability and I&D initiatives.
  • Support content development for employee communications, internalplatformsand external channels whererequired.
  • Engage employees,championsand volunteers to build awareness, participation and a strong culture of inclusion and giving back.Support employee resource groups in running activities and people engagement



Measurement, data & reporting
  • Collect,trackandanalysepeopleprogrammedata and metrics.
  • Support reporting onprogrammeoutcomes andimpactfor internal stakeholders.
  • Identifytrends,insightsand opportunities to strengthenprogrammeeffectiveness.
  • Manage yearly emission data collection.



Stakeholder collaboration
  • Work with internal teams across AC KL and other AC offices to support coordinatedprogrammedelivery.
  • Liaise with external vendors,NGOsand service providers asrequired.
  • Support relationship management with senior leaders andprogrammesponsors.



Continuous improvement & learning
  • Stay informed onemergingI&D and sustainability trends and best practices.
  • Contribute ideas to improve existingprogrammesand develop new initiatives.
  • Build knowledge across sustainability topics including net zero, wellbeing,inclusionand social impact.

Skills and Knowledge:
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience withexpertisein Inclusion and Diversity, People Engagement, Corporate Responsibility, Net Zero/Environment, as well as Stakeholder Management, Change Management, Communications, and Project Management.
  • Demonstrate agility to learn and apply new concepts effectively.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, connecting diverse pieces of information to proactively address challenges.
  • Independent problem-solver with the initiative to work autonomously without needing extensive direction.
  • Able to manage several projects simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Highproficiencyin using spreadsheets and slides.
  • Capable ofanalysingdata and providing insightful recommendations or interventions.
  • Knowledgeinusing Alteryx andPowerBIis a plus.
  • Flexible and agile in learning new skills, such as Net Zero, sustainability, wellbeing, and inclusion issues, and applying this knowledge to work effectively.
  • Innovate and improve current programs.
