This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies to drive digital transformation projects effectively. Leveraging AI can significantly enhance decision-making, improve productivity, and automate repetitive tasks, which are crucial for the success of MRANTI&aposs digitalisation initiative.
Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate , develop, implement, document, monitor, and maintain AI technologies into business operations by designing, training and deploying advanced AI models including the latest LLMs to optimize MRANTIs digital architecture and drive operational efficiency
- Analyze and identify business challenges in collaboration with stakeholders and users to develop AI-driven solutions.
- Stay abreast of AI research through continuous self-learning and active participation in conferences and workshops, introducing innovative ideas, processes, tools and techniques to the tam.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to guarantee adherence to avoid hallucinations and AI-bias to guarantee reliable performance in production.
- Develop, manage, and maintain essential project execution artifacts (charters, WBS, risk registers, communication plans) while leading assigned digital deployment projects end to end, covering initiation, planning, execution and rollout with a focus on automation and AI-enabled transformation.
- Experience in data migration and transformation, including cleansing, mapping, and validation to ensure accuracy and continuity during system transitions and AI integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to capture business requirements, translate them into user requirements, and align on AI-enabled outcomes.
- Translate project and AI outcomes into well-structured, visually engaging presentation decks for management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital transformation or technology deployment, with exposure to AI-driven initiatives.
- Proficiency in Python and related frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Supabase).
- Practical experience in deploying and maintaining digital and AI solutions, including large language models (LLMs), orchestration frameworks, and enterprise system integration (ERP, HRMS, IOC).
- Proven experience in ERP deployment and data migration, including data cleansing, mapping, and validation to ensure data integrity and continuity.
- Demonstrated expertise in AI model deployment, monitoring, validation, and bias mitigation to deliver reliable automation.
- Strong understanding of AI integration with digital architectures, including data pipelines, APIs, and low-code/no-code platforms; exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with proven ability to lead workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to co-design AI solutions.
- Background in finance, accounting, or operations is an added advantage to contextualize AI applications in business workflows.
- Experience coordinating projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies to ensure structured and timely digital deployment delivery.
