Role Overview:

We are looking for a self-starter who is able to manage a portfolio of digital credit products.

This person will be responsible in exploring new possibilities in digital credit – from research, negotiating deals with partners, crafting customer value proposition, oversee product implementation planning, delivery of solutions to ensuring the success of a product post launch.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and continuously enhance the Enterprise Risk Management framework, aligned with BNM regulatory expectations.
• Oversee non-financial risks, including operational, technology, cyber, outsourcing, regulatory, and conduct risks.
• Drive enterprise risk assessments, risk appetite monitoring, KRIs, and risk reporting to Management and the Board.
• Own Operational Resilience, BCM, and BCDR, including BIAs, crisis management, and regulatory-required testing.
• Establish and oversee outsourcing and third-party risk management, including joint testing with critical vendors.
• Act as a trusted risk advisor to business, product, technology, and operations teams on new initiatives.
• Oversee material incidents, root cause analysis, and remediation tracking.
• Support regulatory engagements, risk-related submissions, and supervisory reviews.
• Champion risk culture, awareness, and training across the organisation.
• Act as deputy to the CRO and successor-in-readiness.

Role Requirements:

• Proven experience in ERM / Operational Risk / Non-Financial Risk within fintech, digital banking, payments, or regulated financial institutions.
• Strong working knowledge of BNM regulatory frameworks (e.g. RMiT, BCM, outsourcing).
• Able to operate hands-on while thinking strategically and Board-level.
• Comfortable challenging senior stakeholders with credibility and pragmatism.
