Your Role: ITDS Finance Business Support

Provide high-quality business and operational support to enable data-driven financial decision-making and seamless stakeholder collaboration.
This role is key for ITDS to ensure accurate and timely charging of our internal customers, and to support the organization in achieving EBIT 0, contributing to financial transparency and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and track purchase orders, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.

  • Maintain master data to support accurate invoicing and cost allocation.

  • Execute cost allocations and invoice handling in line with agreed quality standards and timelines.

  • Perform basic analysis of ITDS financial results and support management reporting.

  • Generate events in SAP and maintain debtor records.

  • Accurately update and monitor all financial key documents and tools.

  • Provide general financial administrative support to the Finance team for specific business areas.

  • Contribute to the review and improvement of existing processes.

  • Resolve recurring issues in accordance with established standards and guidelines.

  • Foster positive relationships with business partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.

  • Conduct regular audits of event processes and data input across systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality consistency.

  • Support communication and alignment between our Financial business analyst, ITDS teams and global stakeholders.

  • Act as a liaison for internal queries related to financial processes and reporting.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in reporting and business support tools.

  • Assist in tracking progress of financial and operational projects.

  • Ensure adherence to governance standards and support compliance activities.

Do you have what it takes

  • Educational Background: Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience: Typically, 2-4 years in business support or administrative roles, experience with financial processes, including invoice handling, cost tracking, and forecasting.

  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, and comfort working in international environments.

  • Tools: SAP, Bizagi or other billing systems, MS Office, (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
