What Will You Do
- Advanced Channel Expertise: Execute and optimize campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, Twitter, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other emerging platforms. Experience with Shopee & Lazada Ads is a plus.
- Data & Analytics: Leverage data analysis to understand user journeys, utilizing ad tags/pixel generation & implementation and campaign reporting from all ad platforms to drive data-driven decisions. Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics) and MMPs (Branch, Adjust).
- Audience Segmentation & Targeting: Create and optimize custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting audiences to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Budget & ROI Management: Oversee ad spend across platforms, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum return on investment. Ensure campaigns are executed with precision and within budget constraints.
- Process & Efficiency Improvement: Establish best practices for campaign execution, optimize workflows, and ensure operational efficiency within the team.
- Automation & Reporting: Develop and implement automated reporting solutions to streamline campaign performance tracking. Leverage data visualization tools to provide actionable insights and improve decision-making.
What Skills & Experience Do You Need
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a preference for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight timelines while maintaining high-quality execution.
- This is a contract role.
