Senior Associate : SAP SD

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure SAP SD components: Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery Processing, Billing, and Credit Management.
• Design and implement order-to-cash business processes aligned to SAP S/4HANA best practices.
• Configure customer master data, partner functions, output management, and sales document types.
• Participate in business blueprint workshops and produce functional design specifications.
• Configure shipping, transportation route determination, and delivery scheduling scenarios.
• Develop and execute test cases and provide support during SIT, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Provide AMS support: issue resolution, enhancement delivery, and change request management.
• Deliver end-user training and prepare training documentation for order management teams.

REQUIREMENTS

• Solid SAP SD configuration experience including full OTC process design.
• Strong knowledge of pricing procedures, condition types, and pricing routines.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA SD simplifications and SAP Fiori order management apps.
• Understanding of integration between SD and FICO, MM, and Logistics Execution (LE).
• Experience in both implementation and AMS support engagements.
• Good analytical skills and ability to resolve complex SD configuration challenges.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with sales, commercial, and order management teams.
