At PwC, our people in tax services focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions.
In quantitative tax solutions and technologies at PwC, you will focus on leveraging data analytics and technology to develop innovative tax solutions. In this field, you will use quantitative methods to optimise tax processes and enhance decision-making for clients.

- Activelyparticipatein systems design, implementation and documentation, attend to both business and technical considerations.
- Contribute to project planning and execution ensuring projectobjectivesare met.
- Collaboratewith business analysis, systemssupport,and infrastructure teams.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of staff within the team members and user communities.
- Provide L2/L3 support to end-users including troubleshooting and contributing to knowledge bases.

- Recognised University Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline.
- 2-4 years of working experienceina relevantfield.
- Hands on experience in C#, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC and/orJavaScriptin a multi-tiered architecture and object-oriented development environment.
- Proficiencyin SQL, relational databases; experience withversion control tools such asAzureDevOpsand/orGitand CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of RESTful web services and consuming data from APIs.
Advantageousif:
- Haveexperience working in an environment thatappliesthe Scrum framework.
- Ability to write unit and integration tests.
- Frontend development experience with UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Blazor.
- Familiarity with microservices, Docker containers, and/or Kubernetes.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Experiencein development of solutions usingPython.
- Experience indevelopmentof solutions that incorporate elements of GenAI or Machine Learning.
