Requirements
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding
- Conduct new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of HRIS data and employee records
- Support benefits administration and insurance coordination
- Prepare HR reports and insights for management decision-making
- Act as a pulse on the ground to understand employee sentiment and flag issues proactively
- Support employee engagement initiatives, communications, and People team programs
- Assist in internal and external audits
- Drive operational improvements across HR and office management processes
Office, Workplace & Facilities Management
- Oversee office operations including facilities, vendors, and workplace upkeep
- Manage office supplies, pantry, and general workplace needs
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and workplace regulations
- Support workplace improvements to enhance employee experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in HR generalist, office management, or similar roles
- Good knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and local labor regulations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and handle a broad scope of responsibilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
