Our People team is essential in ensuring that Secretlab's team members are primed to continue delivering at a world-class level on all our initiatives; including collaborative efforts with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organisers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.

Requirements

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, and offboarding
  • Conduct new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of HRIS data and employee records
  • Support benefits administration and insurance coordination
  • Prepare HR reports and insights for management decision-making
  • Act as a pulse on the ground to understand employee sentiment and flag issues proactively
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, communications, and People team programs
  • Assist in internal and external audits
  • Drive operational improvements across HR and office management processes

Office, Workplace & Facilities Management

  • Oversee office operations including facilities, vendors, and workplace upkeep
  • Manage office supplies, pantry, and general workplace needs
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and workplace regulations
  • Support workplace improvements to enhance employee experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR generalist, office management, or similar roles
  • Good knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and local labor regulations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and handle a broad scope of responsibilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
