As
Senior Attorney at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing a team of attorneys and legal professionals. You will provide guidance and support to your team, ensuring that they effectively handle legal matters and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing legal operations, developing legal strategies, reviewing contracts, and providing legal advice to internal stakeholders. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external legal counsel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of attorneys and legal professionals, providing guidance and support in their daytoday activities
- Oversee legal operations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the company's interests and mitigate risks
- Review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on various legal matters
- Manage external legal counsel and collaborate with cross functional teams
Key Experience & Capabilities
- Required experience in the similar field should be enough.
- Proven experience in managing a team of attorneys and legal professionals

- Juris Doctor (JD)
- 5+ years of experience practicing law
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
