Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions to support business operations.
Manage and maintain Windows Server environments for Microsoft Windows servers, Microsoft SQL servers, VMware, end-user devices and other related systems.
Administer Active Directory services, including user access, group policies, and security settings.
Plan and execute system patching, upgrades, and security updates across servers and related systems.
Support enterprise storage (SAN/NAS) and backup solutions (e.g., Veeam, Commvault) to ensure data availability and integrity.
Monitor system performance, conduct regular health checks, and support capacity planning activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, including complex technical problems, to ensure system stability.
Implement and maintain security controls to protect systems and data.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and support infrastructure projects and improvements.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, Information Technology or related fields.
5 years experience above in IT infrastructure or system engineering
Strong experience in Windows Server and Active Directory
Hands-on experience with VMware or similar virtualization platforms
Experience with SAN/NAS storage and backup solutions (e.g., Veeam, Commvault)
Good understanding of server patching, upgrades, and infrastructure operations in a manufacturing environment
Strong troubleshooting skills in complex system environments
Knowledge of infrastructure security and system reliability practices
