Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UiPath Automation Engineer with strong experience in UiPath development, automation quality assurance, code review, and production support. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality, stability, and seamless transition of automation solutions from Development to Managed Services while driving automation enhancements and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the transition of automation processes from Development to Managed Services.
  • Perform comprehensive UiPath code reviews and ensure adherence to enterprise coding standards and best practices.
  • Validate Developer Unit Testing (DUT), SIT, UAT, and production readiness.
  • Conduct functional, regression, and production validation testing.
  • Support production stabilization, incident resolution, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Develop and implement automation enhancements using UiPath.
  • Optimize existing automation workflows for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Maintain technical documentation, transition checklists, runbooks, and release documentation.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade automation solutions.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath Development.
  • Strong expertise in UiPath REFramework and UiPath Orchestrator.
  • Experience with Code Review, Quality Assurance, Automation Testing, and Production Support.
  • Strong knowledge of Exception Handling, Queues, Assets, Triggers, Logging, and Retry Mechanisms.
  • Experience with Managed Services, Incident Management, Production Stabilization, and RCA.
  • Hands-on experience with Git, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Good understanding of SDLC, automation governance, and release management.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Power Automate and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or Agentic AI.
  • Experience in Automation Governance and Enterprise Security.
  • Knowledge of OCR and AI Center.
