Responsibilities

As a Senior Automation Tester, you will:

• Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous, efficient, and end-to-end quality engineering function.
• Apply quality processes, tools, and methodologies to improve control, accuracy, and integrity in testing.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in automation testing.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to ensure effective team performance.
• Make key team and project-level decisions, influencing multiple teams across the project.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing objectives and deliverables are aligned.
• Analyze testing results, deliver actionable insights, and continuously improve product quality.
• Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to optimize testing efficiency.

Requirements:

As a Senior Automation Tester, you will be required to have the following experiences:

• Experience leading the creation of automated tests by speaking to the business stakeholders and understanding requirements and mentoring / guiding any junior members of the team
• Automated testing of mobile app creation of tests and running them via pipeline for Android and iOS devices
• Manual and/or Automated testing on rewards member site and other websites with a small number of functions

Technical Skills Required -

• Editor: VCode (or anything similar),
• Language: Typescript (or anything similar),
• Mobile Automation: Appium tool,
• Web Automation: Playwright, Net 7, Visual Studio Code (or any IDE for C#), Appium server, Appium Inspector, Git, Java, NodeJS, Npm, XCode with simulator, Android Studio with emulators, Android & iOS physical devices
