Description
We are looking for a Senior Automation Tester (Lead) to join our dynamic team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automation testing, leading teams, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the highest quality of software products.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Lead the automation testing team and oversee the entire testing process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Identify, record, and track bugs and issues while ensuring high quality in the final product.
- Review and provide feedback on test cases and automation scripts created by team members.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior testers in automation testing tools and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6-9 years of experience in software testing and automation.
- Strong experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Solid understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and methodologies.
- Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
