Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior AWF Developer with strong expertise in OpenText AppWorks development and enterprise workflow solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing workflow-based applications using OpenText AppWorks in enterprise environments.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering scalable workflow solutions, integrating enterprise systems, and supporting project delivery activities across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement enterprise workflow applications using OpenText AppWorks.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical workflow solutions.
Develop and customize process workflows, forms, integrations, and business rules.
Work on backend integrations and database interactions using MS SQL.
Develop supporting components and integrations using JavaScript and Java.
Participate in end-to-end project delivery including development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams for solution delivery.
Troubleshoot application and workflow issues and provide timely resolution.
Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to development standards.

Required Skills

6–9 years of application development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with:
OpenText AppWorks (Mandatory)
Workflow application development
Enterprise process automation
Experience working with:
MS SQL
Windows Server environments
Strong programming/scripting skills in:
JavaScript
Java
Experience in project delivery and implementation environments.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

Exposure to:
AML (Anti-Money Laundering)
COSMIC platform/domain
Experience integrating AppWorks with enterprise applications.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
