Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java and Spring technologies to support and enhance our Digital Banking platform. The candidate will be responsible for backend solution design, development, and L3 production support, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security of core banking applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and integration layers for Digital Banking applications.
Build and optimize solutions using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, XML, and SQL.
Perform L3 support, troubleshooting complex production issues, and providing permanent fixes.
Collaborate with front-end developers, architects, QA, and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Ensure system scalability, performance tuning, and adherence to security best practices.
Participate in Agile sprints, DevOps practices, and continuous delivery pipelines.
Provide technical mentorship and knowledge sharing to junior developers.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience: 6 to 9 years (Senior Developer).

• Mandatory Skills: Java, Spring, Spring Boot, XML, SQL.

• Good-to-Have Skills: Camel (CXF), Spring Batch, JavaScript, JSP, Unix Scripting, WebLogic Portal.

• Database: Oracle.

• Operating Systems: HPUX, Linux, Solaris.

• Other (Good-to-Have): DevOps, Agile practices, and management reporting knowledge/experience.
