The Successful Applicant
A Successful Senior Backend Engineer/Lead Should Have
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Golang programming language and Python.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams effectively.
- Experience with database management and cloud platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
