Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Beauty Trainer based in Petaling Jaya. The Senior Beauty Trainer is responsible for designing and conducting training programs, coaching beauty professionals, developing training materials, and conducting product demonstrations. The role also includes enhancing team performance, ensuring trainees adhere to company standards, and staying updated on industry trends. Collaboration with internal departments for continuous development is vital to achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of beauty and wellness products and techniques, including skincare and haircare expertise
- Experience in designing and delivering training workshops, programs, and product demonstrations
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach, mentor, and improve team performance
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using technology and tools relevant to training, such as presentation software
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training roles within the beauty industry
- Diploma or degree in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or related fields
- Multilingual skills and familiarity with ASEAN region beauty markets are a plus
