Summary:
We are seeking talented and driven candidates to join an established team working on a high-profile transportation project urgently. Your responsibilities will involve the production and
documentation responsibilities as part of our Global Design Center.
The following roles will initially be for a contract duration of one (1) year with a view of
permanent employment subject to a performance assessment.
Senior BIM Modeler
Responsibilities:
- Lead modelling efforts on BIM projects while supporting the BIM Coordinator and
- Project Delivery Teams in day-to-day BIM implementation activities.
- Develop 3D/2D dimensional models required for drawing preparation, coordination,
- clash reporting and presentations, aligned with the project LOD requirements and
- modelling standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure model
- accuracy and completeness.
- Production of project output and ownership of model information.
- Maintain and update BIM models.
- Implement BIM standards, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency and
- accuracy.
- Train and mentor junior BIM Modelers to ensure they are equipped to handle complex projects.
Requirements:
- You must have a minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, and 5 years of experience in BIM Architecture modelling and coordination work.
- Highly proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD, you must
- have an Advance/Expert Revit certification.
- Possesses strong initiative and ability to work independently and within a team
- environment with good interpersonal, written and verbal communication.
- Good planning and organisation skills in managing modelling and drafting work.
- Immediate availability is advantageous.
