Tight collaboration with the engineering teams throughout the product development process
Track project progress in PLM Teamcenter against the product development schedule
Monitor new and non-conforming material disposition prior to receiving change notifications
Coordinate with other functions to resolve ECO activities such as NPI, immediate change notices, and engineering deviation waivers
Track and follow up on engineering builds
Monitor part and document status, generate reports, upload drawings, and route ECO approval notifications across functions
Responsible for inputting the Bill of Materials (BOM) according to the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and sustaining it in the MES and SAP systems
Responsible for meeting customer demand and managing ECO exposure
Involved in quarterly internal audits conducted by the Quality Survey Team.
Contribute to and support improvements in data traceability in the MES system
Manage and assign task execution for each ECO to the relevant functions through ETCD
Other additional work tasks or additional roles assigned by the superior
Job Requirements:
Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or higher in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Preferred Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 standards
Ability to assist in preparing and reviewing documents
Proficient in Microsoft OAice applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Minitab
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Demonstrates strong leadership and self-driven motivation to achieve excellent results
