Job Description

The Senior Brand & Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for leading brand and digital marketing execution, ensuring consistent brand storytelling, strong product communication, and effective campaign delivery across B2B2C channels.
This role works closely with Global Marketing, Professional Affairs (PA), Commercial, and Trade Marketing to translate brand and product strategies into compelling content, campaigns, and digital touchpoints that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
The role is execution-focused with high accountability, operating under the strategic direction of the Head of Marketing.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Brand & Digital Marketing Execution
- Develop and execute digital and social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and relevant platforms.

- Plan, manage, and optimise paid digital advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.

- Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting across digital channels.

- Monitor, analyse, and report on digital and social media performance to drive optimisation.

- Engage with online audiences, manage responses, and safeguard online brand reputation.

- Support SEO initiatives and manage website content updates.

Brand Content & Campaign Support
- Develop creative content for marketing materials, videos, and brand storytelling initiatives.

- Support execution of brand and product campaigns across digital and physical touchpoints.

- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets and communications.

- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand reach.

- Track and evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide performance insights.

Agency & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities with marketing agencies and external vendors.

- Oversee development and localisation of creative assets in line with brand guidelines.

- Support evaluation of agency and vendor performance to ensure quality and efficiency.

- Manage marketing administrative tasks including POs, quotations, and vendor follow-ups.

Brand Governance & Consistency
- Ensure brand consistency across all trade marketing materials, campaigns, and executions.
- Act as brand guardian for all trade-facing assets and activations.
- Support approval processes and ensure compliance with brand and marketing standards.

Product & PA Collaboration
- Work closely with Global Marketing teams to adapt and localise product and brand messaging for the local market.

- Collaborate with Professional Affairs to develop product content including collaterals, demos, website copy, and social media materials.

- Support development of product and branding collaterals for new product launches and campaigns.

- Communicate product value propositions clearly across B2B2C channels.

Customer Insight & Digital Platforms
- Gather insights on customer usage, content effectiveness, and untapped opportunities.
- Support optimisation of the customer and channel journey through effective digital and content execution.
- Manage and update HOYA Hub content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and marketing effectiveness.

Required Candidate Attributes
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum 46 years of experience in branding, digital marketing, social media management, or related marketing roles. Experience in healthcare, optical, FMCG, or consumer industries is an advantage.

- Marketing & Branding Skills: Strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategy, and campaign execution across digital and social platforms.

- Technical & Digital Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with graphic design, digital marketing, and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).

- Content & Communication: Strong writing skills for social media content and marketing copy, with the ability to engage target audiences.

- Agency & Stakeholder Management: Experience managing agencies and external marketing vendors.

- Personal Attributes: Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.

- Mobility: Willing to travel locally and internationally (up to 25%).
