  • Own event and activation delivery end-to-end
  • Maximise the value of sponsorship IP and brand partnerships
  • Strengthen brand presence through well-executed offline and hybrid initiatives

  • Plan and execute trade expos, seminars, conferences, client appreciation events, and internal corporate events
  • Manage the full event lifecycle: concept, budgeting, vendor sourcing, production, on-site execution, multi-channel event promotion and post-event reporting
  • Ensure all events reinforce brand positioning and commercial objectives
  • Coordinate with Sales, Compliance, Product, and Regional teams for alignment
  • Oversee event content capture (photo/video) for pre, during and post-event amplification
  • Work closely with analysts and senior traders to develop high-quality presentations, seminars, or workshops

2. Sponsorship & Partnership Execution

  • Own the operational execution of sponsorships and brand partnerships
  • Translate sponsorship entitlements into tangible marketing outputs
  • Coordinate asset delivery, brand visibility placements, and activation plans
  • Coordinate creative assets and compliance approvals
  • Ensure effective leverage of partnership IP and audience bases
  • Track deliverables and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled
  • Track and report on brand visibility and performance metrics

3. KOL & Influencer Campaign Coordination

  • Manage execution timelines and asset approvals for KOL collaborations
  • Coordinate content production, posting schedules, and campaign rollouts
  • Maintain and classify KOL database by region, audience type, and performance
  • Ensure messaging consistency and compliance alignment
  • Support on-site KOL hosting during events where required
  • Track performance metrics and prepare summary reports

4. Campaign Management & Brand Execution

  • Support integrated brand campaigns across offline and digital touchpoints
  • Manage timelines, assets, approvals, and cross-team coordination
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity
  • Ensure brand consistency in all physical and experiential outputs
  • Execute corporate brand asset production (booth designs, print materials, brand decks, etc.)
  • Coordinate cross-team deliverables (Sales, Compliance, Product, Regional teams)

5. Analytics, Reporting & Budget Management

  • Track and report campaign KPIs (reach, engagement, event leads, SOV contribution)
  • Prepare post-campaign performance reports and improvement recommendations
  • Manage event and campaign budgets, including PO processing and invoice tracking
  • Ensure cost efficiency and vendor optimization

Job Qualifications & Experience

Essential

  • 2 years + experience in brand, events, sponsorship, or marketing campaign execution
  • Experience in Forex / CFD or the financial services industry is a strong advantage
  • Proven ability to independently plan and execute a variety of mid-to-large scale event formats (offline, online, and hybrid)
